rip? that's all you got? I hate message boards and RIP posts. It's pretty weak. Say something that matters or move on.

I apologize. Sometimes, it just seems like a lot of fluff to me at times. I'm sorry, i meant nothing personal, although it came out that way.

Parisi fought and lost to J.C. Chavez in 1995 on the undercard of "Holmes-McCall." I have the fight / card on tape....

    P.S.

Seldon beat Tony Tucker on a TKO for the WBA title, as well......

Yeah, I remember that.....Chavez handled Parisi pretty handily........but I'm almost certain that it was Holmes-McCall on the Chavez-Parisi undercard.;)

Sorry to hear though of Parisi's passing.....an automobile accident.......a reminder to us all of how life is precious and how vulnerable we all are that we should not take life for granted....seeing tommorow is not guaranteed to any of us.

Off topic, but the controller for the company I work for birthday was this past Friday. She had a heart attack and died the very next day. One year older then me. I did not know her that well just talk to her hear and there, but when I heard Sunday morning, I stopped everything I was doing and fell into a semi depressive state for a few hours. Your here today and gone tomorrow. That's why we all have live life to the fullest each and everyday. I know you posters have heard that many times in your lives, but it is good for someone to remind you just in case you forget. Just thought I share this and this post is for her rememberance.

Exactly, its hits one more when you find out that someone you knew that was about your age, passes.
