You found the fight itself or the jabbing contest one-sided, Flea?

Interesting, either way. I see that its upload in entirety on Youtube is courtesy of none other than yourself, so you're clearly intimately knowledgeable of this one and have probably viewed it more than once. I was of the understanding that a sizable minority think Lopez deserved the nod (mind you, not advocating that stance myself), and my read on the action is that Lopez did some fine work in the first 2/3 of the fight with his own left jab, even though Conteh was considered the artiste in that department and did indeed paint another masterpiece here with it. Not how you saw it?

Also interesting that you mention Franklin, as both Franklin vs. Lopez I and especially II are further examples of where Yaqui maybe didn't quite play against type and go jab-happy, but did seem to more than hold his own in that department against premier jabbers, enough to say he wasn't outclassed, and using his to initiate bursts of damage.
