Defended his English title last night against a 4th unbeaten fighter. His boxed on the road and the away numerous times as the underdog. Surely he deserves a British title fight next. His first loss was on a cut and second a md but was a close fight that went to the home fighter on a smalll Hall show. I had him winning. Dont see him going above British title level but his a tough night for anyone in Britain
Denzel Bentley is fighting Kieran Smith on the Joyce Zhang undercard I believe for the British Title. If Bentely wins I think he'll vacate so Denny would get a free shot at the title, potentially against Linus Udofia who is Brad Pauls' stablemate. That could be headlining on Channel 5 on a Wasserman show.
Udofia was the second fighter to beat denny. Very close fight I thought he had done enough but didn't get the decision. Hope the rematch happens for british title

Denny pulled out of a British Title eliminator against Kieron Conway, so Conway against Linus Udofia has been ordered instead. Denzel Bentley is the current champion and defending this weekend on the Joyce Zhang undercard. Hamzah Sheeraz is headlining in June and apparently the plan is for Sheeraz and Bentley to fight next, so I assume Bentley will vacate the Title without winning it outright.
