What type of money is typically involved in getting the UK rights to show an American world title fight? Or German fight or whatever?

guess it depends on supply and demand. Mayweather & Pacquiao will go at a premium. Things like Agbeko vs Mares will be cheaper as nobody else wants them. also fights will be more expensive if you get them 6 weeks out rather than 3 days.

At the moment you have 3 companies bidding for fights so they will be going for more.

    Klit-Mormeck - $30,000

Do you know if they do 'blind' bidding with a minimum premium? Or are they informed that another channel has out bid them by £10k or whatever and they need to renegotiate/improve their bid?

Yeah, new businesses start up entirely reliant short-term on customers they don't have yet. None of them get corporate loans, have investor backing, advertising income, etc.
