    Maybe true, but historically, the Duvas (both as trainers and promoters) have often rushed their prospects into big fights - think Holyfield, Meldrick Taylor, and Fernando Vargas. They apparently are big believers in "trial by fire."

    he was on abc wide world of sports from his debut until hbo showcased him.... of course they thought he would be a champion

    I loved Tyson's fight against him. We didn't see the regular, come rushing out the cage Tyson. It was a patient, try to wear you down for the KO later in the fight Tyson who was prepared to go 15 rounds.
