    Dude, he did, twice before. The previous two headbutts had been every bit as blatant. What he should've done was take a point the second if not first time.

    It should go soft warning (depending on severity, if obviously flagrant proceed to hard warning or even first deduction) -> hard warning -> deduction -> maybe another deduction -> DQ.
