Tyrone's best ranking was #55 in his boxing prime. Bakole finished Tyrone's opponents with a first round KO while Sponge needed 10 rounds for a decision. Bakole would ****ing destroy him.

 

Any news about his next fight? I don’t think he’s that old, especially for heavyweight standards, but he have a lot of mile’s already so I’m not sure how much longer his body will hold together.

 

I think Spong should be done with kickboxing now, he has a lot of mileage on the clock because he started young and been in wars.

He was doing so well with boxing, I was following his journey closely and then all pf a sudden the journey stopped and he went and did that MMA fight against Kharitinov which he lost.

Even thought he is a great fighter with a lot of ring IQ, and knowledge he can’t keep switchint between MMA Kickboxing and Boxing, they are all different styles with different timing he should pick one and he had already picked boxing the last few years and invested a lot of time energy and effort pursuing that transition.

He isn’t going to be competitive in MMA because he too old now to learn the style properly and the ground game.

 

Err because he was still coming up and recently transitioned to boxing from a whole life of kickboxing…

Maybe look at the context. Not saying he would beat Bakole, but an in shape focused Tyrone is a handful for many HWs and cruisers and we saw what cruiserweight Hunter did to Bakole.
