Saw Rullo's debut fight live, a few years ago - and he impressed me at the time.

Is travelling along allright at 12 - 2 - 1. But has only the one KO to his name.

With Tyrones record (won 15 (KO 7) + lost 2), how do you think the fight will pan out?

    Seen nothing of Tongia.

Hope to see Pat put in a good night and return to Vic with his title intact. Good luck to both guys. Best of luck to Kurt B also.

I hear Manny Vlamos won a few fans in Qld over night also???

    Get him on FOX pronto.

There's not much footage out there of these two. But here's one clip for each:

Rullo vs Robert Toomey - March 2008 (Rullo's 4th pro fight):

Tyrone Tongia vs Jason Kanofski - Oct 2008 (Tongia's 11th pro fight):

Hard one to predict. Had Tongia not been inactive for 15 months going into the fight, I'd favour him to win on points.
    Extra good match!!

Good match this, very even match up, all things taken into account. Rullo boxes well but doesn't like getting hit, he failed to impress me in his fights against Olarte and Kanofski and he really should have easily taken a shut out victory of Gee Hoy instead of a draw.

As Da Voice has mentioned, Tongia has been out of the ring for nearly a full 14 months. this may be of some concern and in my oppinion is a bit of an evener, as I said before, Rullo doesn't like getting hit but whether Tongia hes the power to trouble him or not will remain to be seen, I do know Rullo won't trouble Tongia with overwhelming power, that much is a given.

Cutting to the chase, I don't think Rullo is going to be able to beat Tongia in Tongia's back yard.

I'm really starting to get hyped for this, seems to be selling well. Anyone got any news on how the prep is going for all the fighters?

That poster says doors @ 6pm local time. (which works out to 4am my time, 14 hours behind Brisbane).

I read somewhere online that the broadcast actually begins at 6am my time (so 8pm Brisbane). How long is the Fox broadcast scheduled to be, anyone know?

I need to leave for work by 8am (10pm Brisbane); any chance of my seeing up through the main event or is it due to run longer than 2hrs all together?
