Ali's peak was 66, not 64, so let's match em both in their peak years. My two all time favorite fighters here. Also, probably the two best peaks in the history of the division. But Ali wins. He survives Mike's early onslaught, and goes on to take over late, beating Mike up and stopping him in around the 11th. 66 Ali was the best heavyweight that ever lived.
