Tyson 80's opponents vs. 2002 Tyson that fought Lewis?

He had been retired for awhile when this figth was made because of the knees.

 

none.......face it Tyson was done b4 the bell rang for Lewis let alone after the fight ended.........Mike tyson was never the same after he went to jail,b4 jail he still mentally he still had that toughness, after jail he did it for the money,his desire was gone.

 

I think Jose Ribalta is the only fighter the 2002 version of Tyson would have beaten.

It shits me to tears when people talk of Lewis' victory over that 2002 version of Tyson has having any significance.

Tyson was a completely shot fighter in 2002.

 

Pretty much any of them could have beaten a 2002 Tyson. He was completely shot by then. And I mean 110% shot.

 

My Mum could have worn a Tyson mask and KO'd Spinks that night.

He was ****ing terrified walking to the ring.

I was a kid at the time. Watched it on TV with the old man. I said Spinks would do OK. The old man looked at Spinks on his way to the ring, and said "No way he gets out of the second round. And he'll be doing well to get that far. He's shitting bricks".

I bet him all the money in his pocket against ****ing hours and hours of household and garden chores that Spinks would get out of Round two.

i love mike but im worried for him against holmes & spinks........2002 Tyson was borderline ridiculous, just an outright slugger with none of that phenominal head movement that helped him clean out the heavyweight division in the late 80s........just my opinion.......dammit what could have been with Iron Mike!
