True but you do hear people saying Tyson could have destroyed any heavyweight in history on his day.

Unifying the tiles in 2 years is not an acheivement ?

Winnning a title at 20 is not an achievement ?

Clearing out most contenders in his first reign and yes he did fight some good HWS is not an acheivement ?

Agreed, extremely exciting at his peak, but massively overrated

    Not a patch on Lewis

I would favor Tyson against a lot of ATG HWS .

  7. :goodPretty much sums it up, if Tyson were stronger mentally like the mental fortitude of an Ali or Holyfield, he would have went farther than he did..

Who said it wasn't an achievement? Some of us are simply saying he didn't achieve enough to rank up there in the higher echelons of the all time heavyweight elite.

I didn't say I wouldn't favour him. I stated some said he would destroy other all time greats & that I dont agree with them.

I won't dignify that with response.

LOL were you his mother? you can not attempt to analyze either man's life or says whose was tougher. but i would bet that tyson had a more ****ed up childhood for sure, and that is the time your mind is going through its deepest development.

Lets not do this again. This is a boxing forum, we're not here to discuss the moralities of life. We had two guys talking about who was a better father Tito or Sugar Ray Robinson the other day. Possibly the most absurd conversation I have ever read.

Infact does anyone remember the thread title I could do with a good laugh? I need something to break up the monotony of this Tyson conversation that appears to go around in circles.

It's interesting you should refer to me as child because by the way you conduct yourself on here, with your infantile outbursts & constant swearing I would have said you were, at best, an angst filled teen.

good one. coming from a guy that said he's tired of talking about tyson yet has filled half of this thread. the reason I showed offense was because your retort made no sense to what i was saying. you said that it was pointless to talk about moralities when I was pointing out a flaw in discussing moralities. you must be troubled making harsh statements without reading the fine print.
