Of all the known ped abusers in boxing history , why should Fury be the first to receive a life time ban?

I hope Fury doesn't go the way of other known PED cheats like Evan Fields, Toney, RJJ and Tyson.

He'll be worse than them. Fury will get banned and he will retire, his career is basically over now. Wlad will get the titles back. UKAD is investigating it now, but it says it was anabolic steroids so there's not much more to investigate is there, won't be long before they announce something.

If it was to happen it'd be a shame but in hindsight something was always on the cards. Imo we'd go from an active champion in Wlad to a champion like Fury who's not in love with boxing and has no big promotional outfit or fanbase behind him.

Hope its not true for the sake of boxing

So any statement from the lab that did the tests or from boxing commission that oversaw the event?

Still sound sto me like nothing.

"Due legal process?" Do they have results or not?

Along with the words "allegedly," is sounds to me ike someone is making accusations but there is no test to back it up.

It's you that's naive to think that society will tolerate a sportsman that tests positive. No one cares if whoever is taking drugs. But ifyou actually test positive for a PED, you get strung up. Rules of the game. He fked up, simple as. :fire

I imagine Fury to be the sort of guy to blow the whole PED scene open ala Armstrong if anything comes of this. Doesn't seem like he cares who he upsets.

I can't believe Fury was roided up and still looked like a goddamn turtle. If he was he's an idiot. He had the right gameplan to derail Wlad.

Clearly there are legal proceedings which is why they are unable to comment on the test result in case the Fury's get exonerated at a later date and they open themselves up for a law suit. The fact they have confirmed there are legal proceedings there most be something that occurred for the Fury's to have hired lawyers.

Now none of this suggest the Fury's are guilty of anything but at the very least there most be something that required legal proceedings. Whether accusations of doping or the samples with trace amounts of nandrolone.

It's BS. If it's UKAD, they can run a CIR test and end the rumor. And wtf is the mirror reporting this for? If this was legitimate, why was it not broken by the AP?

They are trying to teach Fury a lesson. He should have gotten more well known before making his statements.

Fact is that they all bend the rules.

Fact is that the commision are 16 months late submitting these results. Why? Did they cover it up and then blow the case open? If so it will put a bigger spotlight on them.

Fury is as clean as everyone else(!) It is his mouth that landed him in trouble.

Dont expect him to go out without swinging and naming names. A guy like him can bring big names and departments down.
