I hope this isn't true. Why can't Mike land a commentating job already? I've heard him do it before and he's really a student of the game, does a great job... Who knows though, maybe Mike will find an inner flame he can reignite and wreak havoc just one more time...

Well at least that will give him 5 months to lose some of the weight. I read alot about Tyson growing up, and the one thing trainers say about him is that once he's in the gym theres no stopping him. Physically I have no worries Tyson will come in, in good shape. I just don't know if mentally he will. I truly believe, Tyson watched the Holyfield/Valuev fight and said to himself "Holyfield 46 years old with no power and almost beat the WBA champ of the world, I just turned 42 and still got the power to knock heads off."

I hope the best for Tyson, though I wish he would of stayed retired. I don't want to see a legend like Mike have double digit losses on his record like Holyfield.

Anybody who would stoop to watching another Tyson fight should turn in their fight fan card.

Haha I'd still watch it, I watched the Valuev-Holyfield joke of a fight.

This fight probably will not even happen. Remember the rumours of another Tyson Holyfield fight

I'd only watch it if I learned afterwards that he didn't die/get permanently damaged... : P

If it does happen the fight will most likely be on PPV, and I'd bet there would be a lot of buys. Too bad, because it will just generate more ridiculous comebacks and stupid fights. What makes anyone think that Tyson has improved since he fought Kevin McBride?

^Like I said, I don't put too much belief in the fact that he's improved much at all, but the situation with his daughter and the fact that he needs money might combine to cause something to happen inside him. He's got that new documentary that came out too. Maybe he's thought about this for awhile, who knows. Anyone can do anything when they put 100% of their heart and effort into something man... While I don't wish to see it (mainly because I don't care to see one of my all-time favorite fighters get hurt anymore in the ring), I gotta give him the benefit of the doubt. I believe in Mike!

    Does it really matter?

Watching Holyfield pick Tyson apart for eleven rounds didn't convince those idiots that the rematch would be anything different. Common sense isn't a common trait amongst the Tysontard crowd.

anyone who pays over 3 bucks for it would be a sucker. probably a false rumor, but if true i don't think tyson would have to "improve since mcbride" to make money or to beat this stankovic guy. don't think it will cause "more ridiculous comebacks" either as they're already at an insane level (see Tommy Morrison, bruce seldon, and Riddick Bowe's comebacks). at least tyson was an atg unlike a lot of other 40 plusers hanging around
