Juiced up to the gills. There is no way someone like Anthony Joshua will ever be outed for doping - he has the means to have the most sophisticated medical and PR outfits around him. Regardless, it doesn't matter. All top level athletes are doping, including Tyson Fury.
Sort of. It all comes down to belief. They busted him for having elevated levels of a substance that is naturally occurring in the body. Then, they sat on the finding for 16 months while he pissed clean about 6 times, allowed Fury to fight for the title without informing him that he was being further investigated, announced that they were pursing him, disallowed him to fight for the cocaine use, were sued, folded while admitting that they botched the investigation, and claimed that his time off for cocaine use was a backdated suspension and they "stick by" their findings, while completely dropping any attempt at the four year suspension they wanted. Really, I think that this is utter bull****, and it is not because I am a Fury fan. If they thought they had a case, and they allowed him to fight for a title and go 16 months unchallenged, then someone at UKAD needs to be arrested and put in jail. They found an anomaly and someone decided to pursue when it was a non-issue as a way of making a career, or as retaliation for his ultra-conservative comments to the press. I don't know why, but it sure as hell because there was a clear PEDS case. There wasn't.
