Fury himself wasn't overly happy with the Wlad performance and I don't think he showed his best there either. It was another fat-camp situation and probably lacked a bit of power. But he was quick and sharp. Also the fact Wlad wouldn't lead much meant Fury didn't counter and so it made it more inactive. Everyone blames Fury for it but Wlad wouldn't 'let his hands go'.

The Wilder 2 performance was impressive under the circumstances (almost getting KO'd the fight before) but that style would get Fury (or anyone) KO'd after a while I think and he almost got nailed properly in the early rounds there too. We know what happened in the third fight. There's a reason Fury didn't fight like that before and he explained it that if he plants his feet too much the bombs will land on him. That's exactly what happened.

I think Wilder I was the best 'big fight' performance actually. He boxed well, landed better shots than in the Wlad fight. The final KD kind of spoiled it but overall he looked very good.

Chisora 2 was probably his most clinical fight against a prime contender. People forget that Chisora was still favoured to win that by some.

His best performance will be when he pulls out of the Usyk fight again with one week to go and all his slobbering fangirls imagine how he would have done had it gone ahead.

The Wladimir fight was possibly the worst important heavyweight title fight I have ever seen. It was a disgrace in my opinion.

The elf will definitely be making an appearance this time round, since Fury's already used up the injury card and there's a penalty in place (not like it's going to be heavily enforced if Fury is the one to break the clause though).

Would be astounded if the fight goes ahead without controversy TBH. That's what you get when one side isn't really on board with the whole thing as is just being pressured into doing it for the money and (to a lesser extent) to save face.

Wilder II was the better version of Fury by a good margin.

He was more robust and not as sloppy. His inside game was better and he was punching harder. His physique was much better. His diet , perpetration and training regiment was upgraded. More experienced. Just better in pretty much every aspect.

You guys remember when a young Fury couldn't even escape British level competition without a outright robbery on his record?

Imagine the trajectory his career would have taken if that fight was scored properly.
