    isnt it funny how these betting stories with zero proof all get mentioned AFTER the event , its obviously complete nonsense , even an idiot would not make an even money bet with someone when they can walk down the street and get 4/1 to there money in any betting shop .

    Dunno what the rules are around the world but in the UK boxers can't bet on their fights, although Haye & Chisora did in their fight with the proceeds going to charity. Iirc Hopkins won a big bet vs Trinidad too.

    vlad bet multiple millions that fury would win hence throwing the fight and making an absolute killing and thus adding the rematch clause to get the belts back and finally retire.

    He didn't bet it on odds at the bookies, he bet it with a family member I think 200k to 200k so he won 200k not 800k as some people think
