Tyson Fury claims he's 24 stone and has no motivation.

watched an interview on sky sports earlier where he said he is basically fighting for the money because he has achieved everything he wanted too:huh really he beats an ageing wlad and that is his crowning achievement:huh

imo he should be looking to clean up, first by proving that the klitschko fight wasn't a fluke, second by beating deontay wilder on american soil and then thirdly beating joshua and proving that he is undoubtedly the main man of his era:good:good

 

I wouldn't read too much into this and he does not look 24 stone ffs. You'd see it in his facial fat distribution if he was.

Tyson said at the post fight press conference that he wasn't celebrating with a drink because he's not about that. He'll say one thing and then the total opposite another time, don't read into it. Xmas day he tweeted a pic of himself out doing some roadwork in the morning.

He'll be in decent Nick and ready to destroy Klitschko.

 

Fury has said a few times over the years that just winning a world title is his ultimate goal in the sport. However, it is probably best to take most things he says with a pinch of salt.

 

i totally agree, first klitschko fight it was that he was going to ko klitschko and stand have a war, one of them getting ko'd then he moved the whole night and trading was the last thing in his gameplan :good:good

imo this will be the way he plays the build up hoping to once again get a mental edge going into the second fight :good

i really don't think that klitschko will fall for any of the mind games in th build up to this fight but imo the decision will be the same, fury wide points :good:good

 

Fury is very good at mind games, I wouldn't take what he says too seriously, next week he will be telling people he is back, focused and ready to give all the other champions a beating.

 

He looked morbidly obese against Joey abell and I think he was 21 stone then?

This is Tyson that said he was retiring because the original Wlad fight was postponed.

 

Those big guys do go in the 20s.. Audley was the same after the Olympic injury..

 

Of course its mind games if u watched the press conference he was saying he lives the life and the early part of his career he drank and was overweight.

He then contradicts himself which he does nearly every interview. Deep down he is a decent guy I just think Team Fury feel the need to keep Tyson in the spotlight so he or his team out with some crazy stuff to say.

Ricky hatton ballooning to 14stone is worse than fury ballooning to the 20s. Heavyweight boxing that weight will drop off him.
