He's been ducking AJ for years. Ruiz is a much better opponent than Charr, but is too slow to beat Fury, although he could possibly get a good punch in and we all know how weak Furys chin is.

The thing is, Fury is in the privileged position that he can pick a reputable name (like Ruiz) knowing its relatively risk free. Let's be honest, fat Andy isn't beating Fury is he. Same for Frank Sanchez or Ortiz or someone like that.

I understand he doesn't want to risk losing and messing up the undisputed fight but he doesn't need to be fighting mediocre cruiserweights in order to get there.

John Fury have mentioned that Fury might be fighting one of these options:
    - Ruiz
    - Ortiz
    - Hrgovic

Fury have mentioned he might fight against:
    - AJ
    - Charr
    - Chisora

    Many other sources:
    - Kabayel
    - Wallin rematch
    - Haye
    - None

So, what option is most likely? LEL!

Trying to pass Andy Ruiz off as a middleweight is a stretch even for you .. even if Ruiz dieted for 5-years I don't think he could make CW let alone LHW..
