As you never let anyone forget, Fury is the best, the top of the heap, the cream of the crop, numero uno. So, when he goes after a Char level opponent instead of tougher opposition and try passing it as a stay busy fight, fans don't want to hear or see that bull jive. Besides, this is a man that can take a 3 year break, not train, come off the couch and beat the top guys. Remember? Now he needs a stay busy fight? LOL Ok.

Why don't he try and fight someone who's last bout was in November, I mean 3 weeks is plenty of time to rest and prepare. He's embarrassing himself more and more with each passing day.

Is there any name Fury can be linked with that people won't complain about?

"Nooooo not him. He's too tired"

Let's not kid ourselves and pretend Fury would take such a fight at short notice, the fighting man is turning in to a right little diva isn't he.

I pray to god that Oquendo gets brought into this conversation and then for one reason or another, someone files another lawsuit against the WBA with Don King in the middle of it

I hope it won't be Hrgovic because Hrgovic can't afford to lose after a bad performance against Zhang...

I think Fury is getting flack for the way he handled the Usyk situation. In OA's defense, he did say he wanted to fight next year prior to Fury asking for a Nov-Dec fight.

Definitely not, but if his next fight after is Usyk it’s understandable..

If Ruiz trained hard and dieted, I think he could be a CW. He has a lot of fat.

I’m not talking about how feasible it is that he’d do that, that’s not happening.

What Hearn is doing is obvious. He knows full-well whoever wins Fury/Usyk won't be allowed to keep all the belts for very long. Then, he'll leverage AJ into another title shot and if he wins that, the Fury fight is still there. A loss to Fury now is essentially the end of his run as a top heavyweight.

I thought Fury announced retirement because he didn’t want anymore brain damage?

Not really, not when Joyce or AJ are available.
