Hes a boxer, its a fairly common theme. Ibecaise of all running and skipping they do, they end up getting muscular, skinny legs like middle distance runners. Although, with modern training, they are starting to focus more and more on explosiveness and strength
Such **** technique. At least he didn't get a boner this time. [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pKqRr7T2uZ4"]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pKqRr7T2uZ4[/ame]
Bad form on not, thats a good weight to be lifting. Especially for a guy of his height. Taller you are, harder it is to deadlift. Glad that hes got a proper strength regime going. In hisn earlier fights he had the physique of a guy who never lifted a wieght in his life
He says he wants a top 10 rated fighter. [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8Du1KS80nhU&feature=plcp[/ame]
That may just be bench press though. Remember, he is confused by horizontal and vertical. Could have been a deadlift, but he could also have been lying down, or on the floor.
that was pretty decent weight but his form is awful. He very well could hurt his back with how rounded it was. You need to start lower with the bar scraping your shins the entire way up driving with your heels legs. Even with it being only 250kg, he could really do some damage to his lower back.
If you fancy a laugh: http://eastsideboxing.com/forum/showthread.php?t=431011 He even puts up a pic of someone else, claiming it's him.
