fury the Trump of boxing. All he does is run his mouth on twitter and say ridiculous things. Only his gypsy fans would see this as normal behaviour lol and he wants 60/40? Hahaahaha I guess its his best way of stalling and avoiding the fight.
It's the whole HW division that's hard to work with not AJ's team. Deontay Wilder should be able to get great fights made easily. Y'all contradict yourselves from thread to thread.
I honestly think he wanted to cash out with the Klitschko fight, but he's now, somehow, spent up and needs another pay day. He was saying how Joshua would beat him up in sparring before Joshua came relevant....now he's saying the opposite.
If AJ and Fury both never fought again only 1 would of them would have a positve legacy in AJ and Furys legacy would be as a 1 hit wonder and at best the biggest waste of talent of recent time thinking he can continue to profit from 1 performance.
There's no such thing as a lineal belt, and if you mean the Ring belt (which isn't the same), it's extremely unlikely he will still have that by next week. Unless he officially announces his next fight, and it has to be against Povetkin. Then comes out victorious probably in Russia. Otherwise it's only a recognition, when not even all the bigger outlets believe is still Fury. Maybe Fury made a deal with Deontay, like "if I make an even more ridiculous demand, maybe yours..."
yeah the desire is gone bar the big pay day imo..Hope i'm wrong, but I don't see it playing out well for him
He beat the last lineal Heavyweight champion making him the current Lineal champion. All the other current champions have won their titles vacant. It's not really a difficult concept to grasp. The truth is this is still the megafight of the division and financially the biggest fight out there. If AJ does not beat Fury he will leave a hole in his resume. Fury knows this and I expect him to hold both Joshua and Hearn to ransom.
I honestly think he needs the role of the underdog... trying to achieve what everyone thinks is impossible. He **** himself and imploded when he actually did it. I think he is trying to recreate that now in away. However, before the Klitschko fight he mostly said what he was going to do and did it... Now he just rambles and contradicts himself. Sad to see.
You mentioned it being a belt, which it isn't. And his current linealship is also disputed at the moment, due to his short retirement, the conditions in which he won it, his license still being revoked etc. The TBRB doesn't even consider him the lineal champ anymore. And yes, it MIGHT be the biggest fight out there if he returns, but that also depends on the shape he comes back with. If he fights some halfwit and looks bad or even loses, then there's nothing in there for him anymore.
