I think he was wound up because Chisora was late for the Press conference.

I don't think Tyson even knows what he's doing from one second to the next so i doubt it was staged but more like a spur of the moment thing.

 

I think he was actually pissed off there, not just selling the fight, which to be honest sells itself anyway.
