I think you will find you've got it the wrong way round

In early 2011 wlad offered Fury a shot

He turned it down saying he wasn't ready and rightly so

Late 2012 Fury asks for the shot

Wlad declines

And little wlad has been ducking ever since

Try to keep up

He is even not ready today and he never will be ready for Wlad and you will see this.

Fury asked for the shot, thats nice . . what did he expect, Wlad saying of course i am waiting for you all the time? He had his free Chance and turned it down, thats fact! . . now he worked himself in the Position for his second Chance . .
