I largely agree. But it's the closest thing he can do to save some minute degree of face.

Francis took no damage and won the fight, maybe he could fill in until Luke is ready in another year?

Fury will need more than "36" days to beat Usyk. Fight ain't happening in December.

    • First it was "Usyk can't keep ducking Fury" - Accepts 70/30
    • Fury shits himself and prices himself out of the negotiations while crying wolf
    • Miniq proclaims that the whole negotiations were a marketing exercise by Fury & both Fury/Usyk + Wilder/AJ were signed
    • Usyk fights a top 15 HW in preparation for December
    • Fury signs a fight no one asked for, simply to scalp $$ while avoiding the best in the division
    • Fury continued to try and price Usyk out of the fight once he'd heard that Usyk "wasn't going to be ready by the end of the year"
    • Then it was "Little belly rabbit can't run, he has to fight Fury in December or be sued" - miniq

Fury then gets beaten by an 0-0 'boxer'.

"To prepare for Oleksandr Usyk When you discount the downtime required for rest, camp, fight PR & other shenanigans. Quite simply, No chance in hell."

You got to give it to him for at least staying in the blaze and not running away from ESB with his tail between his legs.

Needs a medical doctor to sign him off to duck the date. Bruised ego doesn't count.

Well they're trying to say that baby scratch is significant enough to move off the December date.

Hopefully the fat **** sticks to this date, gets beaten badly and then retires.

The guy is responsible for embarrassing an entire sport. And he did it all for that oil money.

Listening to mma fans bang on about how Francis has proved that boxers are **** is getting real annoying real fast.....and its all down to this tubby ogre.

But the fight had to happen on December 23th, right? Or Usyk will get sued ? Wasn't you crying about few days ago about that?
Wasn't you crying about how a pro athlete should not need a full camp, aka 4-6 weeks is more than enough?
Didn't hear you crying when AJ had less than 2 months, and your pathetic hero comes out with all kind of mental gymnastics and still ducked the fight with his b.c. deadlines.
Hell Fury himself on twitter has said a proper Pro Boxer need no more than 6 weeks, so he will perfectly be fine.

Let's not forget he actually never prepared for Ngannou and that 12 week was in preparation for Usyk. He threated Ngannou fight as preparation for Usyk.

It's not like he would be inactive for a year and then have just a 8 week camp. No, no, he just had a full training camp for Ngannou, full 12 week, and according on his own words, he ain't injured, nothing is hurting, and he has a perfect training camp.

This is from his interview this morning.

If Fury ducks the fight on December 23th, he will once again be exposed as the fraud and clown he is.

The time for passing on everything he says has passed, he should be held accountable for everything he says and does.
Usyk is already trolling Fury, and it's hilarious.

BTW i think IBF also won't allow the fight to be delayed, and everything will completely f**** up, and let's be real Fury will bang on that.
As if he won't be ready for December 23th, he won't be ready in March or April as well.
He won't somehow magically turn into a monster.
He is as good as done, he won't get better.
People can dream all they want, but he is as good as done.

Hope Usyk sues him into the ground. And then later decapitates him and forces Fury's corner to throw in the towel as Usyk gives him the beating of a lifetime.

Fury ducking is relatively confirmed at that point. The man has aged.

I met a traveller from an antique forum,
Who said—“Two vast and trunkless legs of stone
Stand in the desert. . . . Near them, on the sand,
Half sunk a shattered visage lies, whose frown,
And wrinkled lip, and sneer of cold command,
Tell that its sculptor well those passions read
Which yet survive, stamped on these lifeless things,
    The hand that mocked them, and the heart that fed;
And on the pedestal, these words appear:
    My name is Tyson Fury, the Gypsy King;
Look on my Works, ye Mighty, and despair!
Nothing beside remains. Round the decay
Of that colossal Wreck, boundless and bare
The lone and unbumped threads stretch far away.”
