Look at the saltiest guy this side of the Bonneville Salt Flats. He could be the CEO of a salt mining company.

Is that all we got today?

Childish nonsense, instead of owning up to the fact that Fury is running away from a rematch and now we''ve only got to look forward t watching trashy mismatches.

If Fury won, he'd have jumped at the chance to fight again to correct the draw, yet we know he was inches away from losing his life.

You can't have schooled anyone if you are on your back.

When Spence beat the **** out of Mickey, that was a schooling, because Spence barely got touched.

Fury came out of the fight, thanking God, and taking refuge behind his wife, his trainer and Bob Arum

Every true boxing fan would be salty at having to look forward to watching Wilder vs Breazelle, Joshua vs Miller and Tune up Fury vs Vagrant.

Only groupies are celebrating Fury's ducking and quoting figures and how much he is going to earn with his new network deal with Bob Arum who promised him that he will protect him from Wilder and Joshua.

Lot's wife is less salty than OP, who still can't get over the beating his hero took at the hands of a whale version of Fury. He's so salty he melts in the rain.

    What beating?

Fury didn't land anything of note

Show me where Fury knocked Wilder down or had him hurt?

His best highlight was getting off the canvas after being given nearly a minute recovery time by Jack Fury

Fury knows he would have been killed in the rematch.

Enjoy watching him taunt the homeless, and then dedicate his win to the homeless.

Wilder lost,he took that L ,just like you did. Take the L with him and let it go .

Wilder has been around the Hw division for 10 years now with little impact on it so how can one ruin boxing when the other guy has little relevance outside a WBC title ?

On top of that the division revolves around Joshua and those two NEED to step up or shut up........

    Fool. :crazylick:

    Joshua cocksucker.

Wilder has the most prestigious belt in the division

You're boy Joshua did not earn those belts he has around his synthetic body. He is a roider who went through the back door to obtain them. In reality he's a paper champion, fraud who is renowned for being involved in one of the biggest ducks in the sport of boxing, followed by Fury's latest cowardice.

I agree with the thread starter. I'm very disappointed in Tyson Fury for avoiding the rematch with Wilder, I was really looking forward to it.

I hate the idea of him fighting Schwartz, someone who has never been in with even a fringe contender or decent journeyman.

    It's a pathetically weak move.

When AJ and Hearn swerve, to give them credit they do it with some panache. When Fury does it, well, anti-climax is putting it mildly.

If Wilder was such an easy fight for him (it wasn't), he'd have been jumping back in the ring with him knowing that a second supposed schooling would have put monumental pressure on Hearn to make the fight with AJ for huge money. Obviously taking into account TV networks, the reality may have been somewhat different but Fury's stock would have been McGregor tier in terms of a known brand.

He's gone from having a sizeable % of the power base at HW to now being back to at the very best level with the other two. I'd actually less so as he is nowhere near as exciting to watch as Wilder and Joshua.

It’s amazing how some fans give Fury a pass but **** on Wilder considering he’s on the best run of opponents of any HW right now. Ortiz, Fury, Breazeale - some people need to put a bit of respect on his name. Big Fury fan but there’s no excuse for fighting Schwartz next.

Wall of words way too long to read..

Now I’ll go by the thread title.

Only a rabid Wilder fanboy would think the last fight wasn’t a robbery of the highest order and why would Fury sign up to another robbery???

Only compete morons think Fury should just resign a contract to get another robbery result against him.

Top Rank saw this and offered to help him out to get the rematch on an even playing ground.

Notice Wilder knocking back huge offers because his team won’t let him play on a even playing field..

You want to blame anybody for this situation blame Wilders team..

If you want an honest answer I think Fury took a month or 2 off after the Wilder fight and was badly out of shape. That's why he didn't take the payday vrs Joshua which would have set him up for life. He needs a low-risk warmup.
