Tyson Fury has failed 3 drug tests which is more than Povetkin and Ortiz but gets no abuse.

Tyson Fury has failed more tests than any other top fighter in the history of boxing but seems to get a pass.

    Why ?

I made a thread about him and BJS getting passes especially seeing as how Joshua gets called "juicing j"

Its this simple Fury opposes eddie hearn so he can do whatever he wants and won't be criticised by the "hardcore"

I used to be a big Fury fan but I question a lot of his decisions since Chisora 2, he's talented no doubt but he has the maturity of a child

On top of failing tests he also refused a test and told UKAD **** off. That should have been an automatic ban and it came in the same week of a VADA test fail. Teflon Tyson should be his new name.

It’s very weird how people defend the Fury’s by saying that UKAD were crap at their job as if that somehow harmed them. If UKAD were a competent organisation Tyson would have been banned for 8 years and Hughie for 4 years.

Thinking about it Tyson’s actually the worst drugs cheat in UK boxing history. Billy’s mate Kid Galahad or Larry O have been beaten by the Gypsy King.

After this BJS mess what I’m wondering is...

Did Tyson Fury fail a drug test but he was “out of competition” because it weren’t on fight night? Is that why he really never got proven guilty because it was that? Yet he couldn’t plead his innocence because he was guilty but it technically shouldn’t have been a fail? This in and out of competition nonsense needs sorting out.

"The proceedings have therefore been resolved on the following basis: the anti-doping rule violations based on the reported presence of elevated levels of nandrolone metabolites are upheld, the refusal charge is withdrawn, Hughie and Tyson Fury each receive a two-year period of ineligibility, and their results from their respective fights in February 2015 are disqualified. Taking into account that no adverse analytical findings or adverse passport findings were reported in respect of any of the urine and/or blood samples collected from either boxer after February 2015 (including from Tyson Fury on 11 May 2015, 16 July 2015, 8 October 2015, 17 October 2015, 11 November 2015, 13 July 2016, and 4 May 2017; and from Hughie Fury on 11 May 2015, 25 July 2015, 8 October 2015, 17 October 2015, 14 November 2015, 18 July 2016, 29 September 2016, 18 February 2017, 19 April 2017, 8 August 2017, 29 August 2017, and 23 September 2017), their competition results after February 2015 are not disqualified. Taking into account the delays in results management that meant charges were not brought in respect of the nandrolone findings until June 2016, and the provisional suspensions that Tyson and Hughie Fury have already effectively served, the two year period of ineligibility is backdated to 13 December 2015, and therefore expires at midnight on 12 December 2017"

Don't let this distract you from the fact that in 1992, Big Smoke ordered two number 9s, a number 9 large, a number 6 with extra dip, a number 7, two number 45s, one with cheese, and a large soda.

No Fury failed a UKAD/WADA test for anabolic steroids which is banned full stop.

He failed a VADA test for coke but no action seemed to have been taken.

Fury also failed a test for failing to take a test when UKAD testers turned up at his house this would normally lead to an automatic 4 year ban so overall he was very lucky to get only banned for 2 years.

They should just leagalise drugs in sport . All Sports. See it all the time athletes being caught for this or that. Usually obscure drugs that are right on the edge of legality, because everyone is looking for marginal gains.

A big percentage of athletes in all sports will be taking something they shouldnt at some point, bending the rules..in competition, out of competition, medical exceptions etc. Most don't get caught thewn e make a big fuss when they do like we didn't know and we thought everyone was clean .

They are all hypocrites they will want another competitor banned for life for a puff of an inhaler but when they get pulled for similar they knew nothing about it and it must have been in a sports drink or there Sunday roast.

Just legalise drugs in sport then we can stop this whole act about being clean.

Money is to be made by winning and as long as money is to be made people will lie, cheat and deceive to obtain it

Best post i have ever seen on the internet..!!!!

Every top sportsman is on it but evading the outdated testing ...The outrage over canelo on clen was insane yet Fury gets a pass for something like Nandralone from the public and BJS seems hard done by because of liquid ephedrine up his nose .....

Let everyone take what they want and i bet nobody runs faster than Bolt yet he will never fail a test

I'd say Canelo is more of a big superstar since he's known across more than one city.

AJ is a nobody outside London.
