Jeffries was trained to fight 20 rounds. This is why prime Jeffries is cut down so finely. Very low body fat due to extensive long distance training. If you know boxing the jump from 12 to 15 rounds can be huge. Here we are going from 12 to 20. 12 to 20 rounds during a time where the sport was very different. Fights were held many times under adverse conditions. Would Fury last 5 rounds roasting under arc lights as Jeffries and Sharkey did? Hardly. Fury is a terrible amateur fighter. An awkward stumblebum with very limited ability. To take a stand that this joke of a fighter beats ANY ATG prime hwt champion is a slap in the face of past hwt champions. Fury has not proven anything in the ring and my prediction is he will be koed by the first decent fighter he faces that hits him on his glass like chin.
