Great interview and he is right that Dr Wlad was boxing Joshuas head off and was ahead on the scorecards. And he is correct that he would box Joshua's face off as there is no doubt that he is a boxer's dream. And lastly he is correct when he suggests that he helped make both Martin and Joshua be where they are today.
Fury: You are what you eat. Interviewer: So you're ... a hedgehog? Or a boar entrail? Fury: Sorry, the buffet line has just opened. Bye-bye.
Wlad was way down on the cards NOT including a 10/7 round 11. Scoring on here is of the TALENT judging level which is beyond pathetic Fury has nothing to stop the immensely aggressive Aj from literally stalking him and unloading until it's a tko, and early too. Most likely within 6, that's giving Aj 4,5 extra rounds. Mismatch of epic proportions. At least wlad has ko power, landed his absolute best shots and still got trucked in 11th
Fury is the man. Call him a hater all you want he only spits the truth. He said he'd beat them all and he did. He will run rings around AJ when they fight NEXT YEAR The only thing that might ruin this is UKAD and the BBBOC
What stopped Wlad from unloading on Fury? Joshua won't be able to close in on Fury before getting hit 5 times... The hardest and most dangerous area of this fight for Fury is when a clinch is engaged how he reacts and fight out of it because AJ will fight there. Fury may be big but he sure isn't a big target. Think of him as Floyd or Ali...He won't be getting hit. Joshua wants to try and walk forward and make it a brawl? Fury can play that game happily and tire the bodybuilder out. YOU OVERRATE AJ'S CHIN. AJ will get hurt by the quick shots Fury throws if he doesn't see them coming...and when AJ gets hurt or tires? HE DOESNT MOVE. AT ALL.
I like Tyson Fury, he is a very good fighter but let's be honest, he is indeed a big target and Anthony Joshua would probably knock him out.
Betting my house on Fury Nobody even believes he can make the comeback. I do. He will. Yet again he proves the doubters wrong.
Well, i wouldn't do that. I'm definitely not a hater, i really like him as a fighter and i would cheer for him against many heavyweight fighters but i can't see him playing the same game with AJ as he did with Wlad.
Ali got hit. A LOT. How do you think he got punch drunk so quickly? The reason why he got away with it was his chin and because he didn't have to deal with super-HW monsters. These modern super-HW power punchers like AJ only need one solid punch and that's it. This isn't like the lower classes where you can outbox a power puncher while still eating a punch or two here like Floyd did against Maidana. Also, if there is one style to beat the boxer it's the explosive athletic power puncher. This is why Bernard Hopkins had problems with such fighters. Fury has the stlye to beat Wlad, Wlad has the stlye to beat AJ (in his prime and without ring rust) and AJ has the perfect style to brutally KO Fury. I don't think Fury can survive the early onslaught of Joshua, and even if he does he'll have to outbox him cleanly in at least 9 rounds because the judges are definitely going to lean towards AJ.
Im no tin foil hatter , but its as clear as day to me the powers that be are freezing Fury out of the sport. At least for long enough until his best years are behind him. Aj is the golden boy of British boxing and the establishment wants him to reign supreme. Thats not possible if Fury is active.
Fury froze himself out of the sport, no one forced him to duck the Klitschko rematch and eat like a pig for almost 2 years. Every true boxing fan wants Fury to be gone from boxing. He doesn't want to fight and is bad image for the sport. How exactly does boxing benefit from Fury becoming the champ again when he would just go missing for another 2 years? He should have just been robbed in Germany for the good of the sport.
Take your empty sock sack and hit the road pencil top. Who said you could type words in my direction?
