He's done. Finished. Shot. Washed up. Kaput.Does anyone doubt it?

Funny how they manage to sell the Usyk-Fury fight as the best two heavyweight in the whole world, after Fury performance with Ngannou. Even now people say Fury remain #2 so will sell a rematch on same pretensions. Despite every evidence he is done.

Be a lesson to all young boxers. No, does not matter how good or big. Longevity past 35th birthday requirements are disciplined clean lifestyle, like Hopkins, Mayweather, Crawford, Usyk.

It's amazing he was able to operate at the level that he did for so long given his predication towards an unhealthy lifestyle. Bowe was done by 28. Fury probably was never back to 100% after his suspension and blowing up to 400lbs.

    Half the division is done

Once Fury elbows gave out in 2020 that was it for top level performance. Samw aplies to Usyk.

But both these men even at 80 percent are still way ahead of their peers

Getting a split decision on 10 rounds against 37 years 0-0 boxing Ngannou proves not being "way ahead of peers" at all.

I think most are in agreement Usyk, Fury and AJ are at the end of the line. In a sport where fighters cultivate an undefeated record against overmatched opposition and "cash out" against each other at the end we are no doubt at the cashing out part of the cycle.

Fury is going to get knocked out in the rematch. Wait and see. Then the excuses will really flow.

Usyk ought to knock him out . - but who cares at this point?
I suppose Usyk KO win is best result to save us from trilogy. But already it has tied the world titles up. Making them devalued.

It really makes you wonder how much wasted potential he actually left on the table. Was he even 60% of the fighter he could have or should have been?

This for Me is his legacy
Yes his resume doesn't stack up to other ATG heavies, but I doubt many others could balloon up to that weight and abuse his body for years then come back and still be among the elite

It's easy to forget how big an accomplishment it was to even get back into any fighting shape following his disaster away from the ring

Everyone wrote him off and thought it was impossible to regain any titles. It's why Wilder jumped at the chance

It's why I laugh when haters say only usyk is washed because Fury just relies on his length, etc and usyks speed and agility are going with age

Fury also relied heavily on these attributes and it's a miracle he can still perform to a good level

I worked with a guy that used to live near morecambe and he said Fury would regularly be downing 10-15 pints on a Friday or Saturday with just a couple weeks leading up to his fights. Granted this was way before wlad, but I believe him

I also used to converse with one of the strongest men in the world who is from morecambe and he told me, he offered to train Fury for strength and conditioning, but Fury declined. He also noted Furys level of drinking was legendary for a pro athlete

Love him or hate him, it's crazy how far he got while living like absolute s..t

I seriously begin to wonder if the drunk stumbling video was planned and purposely released as an out to get out of the Usyk rematch. If he can just say he wasn't ready for X reason he can still salvage the Joshua fight for next year

    Spent force? No

Fury is in the same boat as Wilder getting forced to fight the best which he has avoided over a 17 year career

You think he avoided 0-0 boxing record fighters from UFC for 17 years?

You think he's so special he can fight pro for 17 years and abuse his body and still be at his best at age 35?

Irrelevant to the point of him being a spent force himself. Regardless of how good or bad he always was, there comes a time when it goes worse, then ends.
You acknowledge "old" and "shot" in others so I know you know what I talking about.

Fury not as good as he was 5 years ago that’s granted but the resume he gave us prevented us knowing if he was ever any good to start with and that is fact
