the hearing for the failed test in 2015 should have finally happened early this month, but still no word about it. So maybe he doesn't have to get in shape anytime soon anymore.
Think you will find he has been banned along with Hughie but has injunctions out to stop the result of the hearing getting into the public domain due to his 'mental health' issues. One thing is for sure, if they were cleared of wrongdoing at the hearing then you would have heard loads of noise from the Fury camp saying how they have been vindicated, and how it was just another example of the 'racism' and 'victimisation' he has had to battle with through his life.
He is no champion, just a disgraced drug cheat like his training partner cousin Hughie, and his other training camp buddy Lucas Browne.
He looks like he's around 300 lbs now. I wonder if he'll be able to get back down to fighting weight after/if he comes back. Tyson has never had a chiseled physique, but I don't remember him letting himself go this much between fights before. It's a bit worrisome to see his current physical state.
Remember some people said he will definitely be ready by March 2017. The shape he's in looks more like he gave up boxing for life.
I don't care who you are or what you do for a living, you ought to be in better shape than that at 28 years of age. Nevermind a champion boxer. I'm fifteen years older than Tyson Fury and I could never let myself get in that condition. I mean, barring some sort of terrible illness or injury that completely incapacitates, there's really no excuse.
Why do you guys act brand new when it's someone you don't like? Fury, just like Marcos Maidana, was/is a professional boxer. They're not normal people like us. Fury's probably 300lbs give or take in that picture, but could be back down to 255/260 by February if he wanted to be. Same with how Maidana has blown up since he went away, dude is probably 215lbs now, but could be back to his fighting weight in under 6 months. They're pro athletes.
