I think you're right. I also wonder whether he'll have busted up with his family team and sign with a new promoter. I think part of Fury's problem is he was doing the boxing thing for the expectations of his father and his uncles. I don't think Fury has the personal ego of a champion boxer, he doesn't care about being a great fighter. He thought being champion would give him a chance to be a beloved showman, but that didn't work out. Left with only the choice of being known as a good boxer and nothing more, he lost all motivation to continue. When the money runs out he'll be back, same as the rest of them.
I think this post sums things up nicely. Fury is a strange and complex man,a total enigma.Nobody can take away his achievement in going to Germany and beating Klitschko. His inablility to have the faintest idea as to how to 'play the game ' worked against him. Personally i quite like the guy, its easy to see he's a nice fella behind all the bluster. The people around him havent helped, some big ego's and large chips on shoulders. His legacy wouldve been really something if he'd have succesfully defended once or twice, especially as the division has come to life. In a way ,he created alot of the interest and hasnt cashed it in. Ive a feeling that the years ahead will judge him as a sad case. Hope im wrong.
Syl Stallone was busted at Sydney airport with tons of PEDs and he kept saying these aren't PEDs and its for his dog who has a heart condition. It was quite hilarious!
Yea he mentioned hes 310 here This content is protected Sidebar Briggs is all class in that vid you can tell Fury is a bit depressed so it was cool Briggs reaching out to him as he was in a similar state a few years back
Fury knew he would get knocked out by Vlad in the rematch, so he decided to retire instead. Vlad was is tip top shape for the rematch, he meant business, it's a shame that fight didn't happen...........
Notice Briggs quickly backed off when Fury told him "me cousin is over there". LOl Briggs is just looking to cash out with a big payday. Hughie Fury is not a big payday yet. He doesnt need a 10-0 shut out to crash that one last payday.
