Tyson Fury is making a big mistake, he won't be ready for Wilder in November

Tyson Fury needs to first fight several decent journeymen to get back into his best fighting shape before going in with Wilder or Joshua!

After his massive weight gain, mental problems, and long period of inactivity, he should not fight someone like Wilder until at least the summer of 2019, especially not in Las Vegas with it's dodgy referees and judges.

Wilder isn't really a top heavyweight so if Fury waits until he's back into his top form, he's sure to win. But November 2018 is too soon, he's going to very likely ruin his chances of getting back to the top of the heavyweight division.

    I don't think it's a mistake. It's a cash out.

Honestly that was first thing that sprang to my mind as well when the news broke and it seemed serious.

Maybe Tyson is just out of love with boxing and doesn’t want to have to train and stay in shape and told frank warren after the last fight and leading up to this look I will give you a solid 6 morning months of me boxing get me and you as much money as possible.

But there is no real money in this fight.
I think Fury is just arrogant and thinks very little of Wilder's abilities.

For him this is just a spring board to a massive AJ showdown.

I hope for a lot of good defense in this fight.

Hopefully Pianetta will land a few hard punches to Fury's head to see how well Tyson reacts to being hit. Will Fury be psychologically and physically prepared by that time?

I hope it's as exciting as Fury - Wlad was!
Lots of defense, footwork and low punch output.
No more than 10 per round.

Beware ! There are people who think that now Wilder and Fury will make 40-50 mil $ each for this fight and that this will be money wise as big or bigger fight than AJ lol.Kinda crazy isnt it ?

    That makes sense actually.

Maybe he knows he is finished or his heart isn't in it any more, this a good payday to ride off in to the sunset.

Your right and it's something fury and his team will be well aware of. Fury knows Ali stepped up too soon and paid the price.

So there's a few possibilities, either the fight isn't going to happen and the two camps are just milking this to keep their guys in the picture, which is my guess, or Fury is worse than we thought and his team can't keep it together long enough to get to AJ and is cashing out early.

I guess a third is they think Wilder is so bad the can beat him even at this stage in the comeback, but that would mean fury lasting 12 rounds and getting a decision. Given that Ortiz out boxed wilder yet was behind on the cards when the fight ended, that's a very risky approach....

If the fight is in America how is it a cash out?? No money in the fight over there. If he was going to cash out then he would go get the Joshua fight. Agree though too early for fury ATM
