I love this guy. He talked so much $hit and backed it up and is so damn entertaining. The whole family are a bunch of characters and boxing needed this shot in the arm. Watching the post fight interview again and seeing the real guy get emotional and sincere really warmed me up to him. Two years ago I didn't think much of him but he has definitely improved in the last couple years and I admire his confidence and self-belief. He is also quite clever and thoughtful. He has earned my respect and admiration.
I found him quite entertaining even in the ring. He was talking throughout the fight, putting his hands behind his back Roy Jones style and although he didn't throw many punches, he threw more than Wlad who was dreadfully inactive. I was a big Wlad fan going into the fight but lost respect for him after seeing him take the cowardly route. Cus D'Amato had a great quote about the hero and coward and unfortunately, Wlad is much more coward than hero. That may sound harsh but he ran away from his fears instead of confronting them.
