No, wlad barely beat Jennings , he looked old and shot and Jennings wasn’t that big. If you think wlad from 2011 wouldn’t have finished AJ, then you are either a moron , or a brit.

Imo he loses when he steps up. The damage hes done will show, imo. If he goes on to beat AJ, Ortiz, Povetkin or Wilder I will be beyond impressed.

I prefer Floyd Mayweather JR over Larry Holmes in a P4P comparison. But in a H2H comparison, Tyson Fury is miles better than Holmes.

Guys were declaring that Wlad was aging like a fine wine just one fight prior to Jennings. The American decides not to follow in the sitting duck traits of Pulev, shows some nous, defense and toughness while dropping a wide decision ("barely beat" — that's some line in hyperbole, considering that most observers gave Jennings two to three rounds, which would account for why the fight has a 0% controversy rating on eyeonthering.com), and Klitschko is suddenly all washed-up. Wlad from 2010 needed to be publically humiliated into letting his hands go against a small non-puncher in Eddie Chambers. It's certainly not a foregone conclusion that any particular vintage of Wladimir Klitschko gets rid of Joshua. As for Fury, fuhgeddaboudit.

many guys have beaten a champ far, far more handily, only to be sent away a loser on the cards.

    QUESTION:

If Fury gets beat by someone, let’s say Shannon Briggs in his comeback fights...

Would Briggs then be THE man? Would he be the lineal champion? Would he be the real heavyweight champion?

Yes, Vitali came back after 4 years off and in his first fight back fought Peter for the WBC title, stopped him in the 8th round..............or rather made his quit at the end of the 8th.................

Fury can come back, he is only 29 years old and is 6 feet 9 inches tall, knows how to use his size............................

    Yep, story time

Thing about Navigator is he may seem like he's pouring it on thick at times but the truth is the guy goes at y'all softly. Firmly, not about, firmly in 2011 the man spoke like a prophet because he knew what's good, eventually I'd refer to him as Oracle and if there wasn't a gender role in that, if by calling him Oracle I wasn't also calling him Sally, I'd still call him Oracle. I've never known any with such predictive skills as to remind me of the Gods, but i swear Navigator is to Apollo as the Pope is to Jesus. He's one of maybe three here that can tell me I am wrong and I'm gonna stfu and go do research before I go to bat against him.

I remember it well because Navigator was giving a pal-o-mine, Nothingman, the business for picking Price some months at best prior or after the time Fury was facing Chisora for the first time. My recollection goes something to the effect of:

NM " Price is pretty good, with the right team and guidance he could give Wlad problems"

Navi " Price is a ****, Fury won't just give Wlad problems, he'll embarrass Wlad"

    So on kinda ****.

At the time I was still a bit of a *****, unsure of myself or my choices, I kept quiet and hedged my choices until 2012 which I suspect is why Navigator may be being loose with his year. I was inspired by the fella to just speak my mind and not give a **** about how safe the prediction is. I can claim I've been predicting Wilder as champ since 2011 but that's just a play on words, I had but I hadn't picked him exclusively and was very much of the camp "Wlad's time is near over" and believed Wlad was good to go as soon as anyone with a bit of hope got to him. It's not until Navigator is in full preacher mode what with the spinning new titles for Fury out and able to use the phrase " I've been telling you" at people that I drop the others and only support Wilder and Fury. The others from that forum may be less likely to admit it but we were all inspired.

I'd say he didn't just predict accurately way before anyone else I know of. He also, by doing that and sticking to his guns, galvanized the entirety of BA forum into becoming firm with their choices and no longer saying " X might" now saying "X will." . That's what 2012 on forward was like there. You wouldn't find much " I hope the new class proves to have some greats" anymore because it had been replaced with " These guys all suck, this guy is the best among them and this is how well he does against Wlad" kind of **** and that causality falls squarely on the shoulders of the man now known as Navigator.

Navigator is a fine name for him, but Prognosticator is more to the tune I know him as. That is this guy's thing. As much as history may be mine the future belongs to him.

I was booted here for sometime, I didn't see this until now.

"Miles" would be a stretch. But there seems to be an argument for Fury, and that in itself says a lot.
