http://www.skysports.com/boxing/new...ained-mobility-and-movement-says-ricky-hatton Ricky Hatton (who looks in decent shape himself I must say) says Tyson Fury has lost 3 stone and is heading in the right direction. I'd love to see Tyson back the ring given his skills and personality but looking at the state of him I just cannot believe he's lost any weight. That is some belly. Tyson's win over Wlad required constant movement for 12 rounds and so great stamina and fitness. Without this level of fitness he would not have won. Does he really have the will power and motivation to get into the shape he needs to get his titles back ?
He's at least sounding the most motivated he's been in quite some time, hes clearly lost some weight so again all good signs, Somebody his size and stature can lose weight faster than a smaller guy too.
He must be taking some of them tell-sell diet pills then. People losing 20lbs in just a couple of weeks. For only $19,99 for 4 pills if you order now! And if you buy 20 you get a free "calibrated" scale for FREE!
He already said he was down to 24 stone from 27 so that makes sense. Still grossly overweight of course, and losing weight that fast can be very bad for you in a number of ways so I hope he's sensible about it.
Those first few stone are always the easiest to lose, I'm sure he'll have no problem getting below 300lbs if he sticks at it, but can he get down to anything like the 250lbs we saw against Wlad. He clearly still has a long way to go, another 70-80lbs to lose before he at a good weight. But I'm rooting for him to get himself back in shape. If anyone can help him transform himself from a lard ass to athlete again it's Hatton he had a lot of practice doing that lol.
