Not if Joshua won by throwing 80 punches in the whole fight or something. To me this just looks like a bid for aggrieved status. It's kind of cringey, tbqh.

He beat the guy who hadn't been beaten since 2004 and won 5 belts in the process. That is fact. Your claim that Fury was simply in the right place at the right time is guesswork bordering on fantasy.

Fury might be a nut and may never fight again, but he did beat the champ nobody else beat in 11 years.

No, it's clear it was a fantasy that did not last. Fury is fast on his way to becoming an enigma, a footnote in time, much like oh hey Buster!

It was no fantasy. On November 28th 2015 Tyson Fury shocked the boxing world and took Wlad's belts, inflicting Wlad's first loss since 2004 in the process. It is fact.

Vlad was ready to knock Fury out in the rematch, Fury knew that, so he ran away two times in a row...............

Look. I feel for the guy, I really do.

Anyone suffering from depression needs all the help he can get.

But this nonsense about not getting the respect he deserved, he spent his entire camp with klitschko playing mind games and creating bad publicity. All that doesn't get forgotten over night. Also he made some ridiculous comments after the win as well.

That being said, it is unfair how every negative was spotlighted and every positive was shunned but he brought it on himself.

He has the potential to be a great fighter in a great division.

Povetkin, Ortiz, Joshua, Wlad, Wilder, Haye. There's 6 super fights for him there. He can make money and go down as a superstar.

I hope he gets the help he needs.

It was a fluke. The rematch would have settled it, but no, where is that gypsy now? Crying over the nandrolone?

Of course this is not a coincidence. Fury likely heard through the grapevine he will get banned for PED abuse. That likely contributed to his 'lack of motivation'. If he really dodged a required doping test he can be banned for up to four years, he probably went into a mental fit over that sword dangling over his head. He can't take any pressure.
