I must have mentioned this little acknowledged fact in half a dozen 'Tyson pwned Wlad' threads and yet still the most boring heavyweight title fight in a generation is held by many to be a sign of the second coming of Ali....GTFOH.

Great achievement by Tyson for sure, but there have been many, many more comparable and greater achievements in the sport....perspective anybody???

If Wilder knocks Fury out in two rounds it will be tragic

Bollocks. Way more people under 45 die from cancer than suicide. There's no stupid government data sheet that will convince me otherwise especially when there is a clear agenda to romanticise mental health.

If anyone tells me they know more people who've committed suicide than died of cancer, then they are a liar. (Yes, under 45).

Especially as Wlad's "relationship" with Hollywood sex slave Hayden was more fictional than the Beckham's.

Its unfortunate there wasnt any Mel Gibson like outburst in the podcast, that would have been hilarious

Chances are that you or one of your loved ones is going to suffer from some type of mental health issue at one point in your life and you're going to remember this post and think about how ignorant you were.

It's very easy to just scoff and think "come on there's nothing wrong with you, you're just a *****"....until you experience it yourself.

Absolutely nothing romantic about a mental health crisis. If you think psychologists and psychiatrists are full of **** why don't you talk to the staff at any psychiatric hospital.
They'll tell you all about how romantic it is

What psychiatrists say to mentally ill patients in the confines of a hospital, and family members feeling unfulfilled in life, is completely different to celebrities wearing depression like a badge of honor.

You're digressing from what is actually being said.

Again, thinking they're wearing it like a badge of honor just shows you have never experienced it.

This is just not the case with Tyson fury, he is simply telling it how it is. And if you had someone close to you who's suffered from severe depression or had suffered it yourself you would recognize it.

The man gave up on 3 years of his career where he could have made huge paydays gained over a 100 pounds and was suicidal, this has nothing to do with the usual celebrity attention whoring. The man was OBVIOUSLY genuinely suffering from a mental health crisis.

This is what's wrong with the world. You assume that everyone who has suffered from depression MUST think like you and praise people for talking about mental illness. That no one on the planet could possibly look at mental illness from a different point of view because they have suffered and realised what actually works and what doesn't. You're closed minded. There isn't one way to approach these subjects.

If I told you my life story and my family's history you would eat your words. I promise you I have a life time of dealing with family and personal issues. And see what this has turned in to? Literally being called out for not acting like I have a broken family. It forces me to defend myself as to say 'oh no! I have heaps of experience in dealing with depression, everyone around me is suicidal etc' like a competition. Like we need to validate our stories before being able to voice an opinion on mental illness. It's disgusting. People like you need to stop telling people they don't know what being sad is, like it's a club. 'Tell me how many family members have killed themselves or shut up and get out' its obsurd.

You act like people are so emotionally educated if they encourage celebrities to talk about how sad they were and are now happy. Like it gives people hope.. like hearing Tyson Fury talk about how he was going to crash his ferarri all of a sudden fixes peoples financial troubles, relationship troubles, employment troubles, family troubles, education troubles, living troubles.. people like you are delusional. You want to sit around and praise people because it makes you feel good but you aren't man enough to say 'this isn't good enough, this is pseudo emotional nonsense. It makes people feel good for 10 minutes but it physically, in real life, does nothing to help anyone'
