Ruiz out due to financial demands. Fury truly is a horrific a-side. AJ never had an issue getting an opponent in the ring. Fury needs to ease up on the greed and pay his opponents properly.

 

So no opponent announced. Quelle surprise. This is the second "massive news" Fury failed to deliver in a few months, lol.

Except for Wilder. Also Ruiz was the fifth different guy they approached after Miller got busted with PEDs.

Whyte walked away then when he was told if he beat Joshua in the first fight he still got the same split as for the rematch,Ruiz accepted these terms as offered to Whyte and the others and got the Joshua fight.

 

Fury lost all credibility and I was a huge fan

 

Wilder-Fury1 was one of my favourite nights of boxing. Very sad to see Tyson's story end this way. Aimless press conferences and trilogies no one asked for

There's nothing wrong with flexing your A-side... if you can actually make fights that is. Like Floyd or Canelo or Tank

We haven't seen Fury fight a non-Wilder top 5 heavyweight in almost 8 years. I love Dillian believe it or not, but the Franklin fight was a real eye-opener for me. At the end of the day, whether Usyk would beat Fury or not, I think Fury's prime was a mixture of 2015 and 2020, and inactivity, age and overall a poor lifestyle have made him far less invincible than his fans would have you believe

imo unless Fury decides to really go for one last hurrah against Usyk or AJ, he's basically an unwell king everyone is waiting to pass

I didn't watch the video cause it looks like no fight announcement? Didn't Fury promise some special news? Was this it?

He's scared of Usyk. And he should be. He likely won't fight him because he knows that if Usyk beats him then his legacy is tarnished. Usyk is worth 50% of any purse at least...he holds three of the belts FFS.

AJ is a nutter but doesn't dodge anybody. Usyk is a just a tough mothf*cker and backs down for no-one.
