I'm British and the first fighter I ever supported was Marvellous Marvin Hagler, not because he beat a 'white supremacist' in Alan Minter (which I think nothing of the sort about Minter but it's the kind of narrative you'd get pushed today) but because he was the toughest SOB Id ever seen enter the ring with sublime, switch hitting skills, a face altering jab and an iron will to win.

Joshua is loved by the casual fan and appreciated by most other boxing fans in helping big time boxings return to the UK.

Having three 70k+ stadium fights in 20 odd fights is unprecedented whether you rate him or not and there's more to come.

 

Wallin had height to compete with Fury and was a southpaw and Fury only gave 2 rounds away, it was a one sided fight in favour of Fury also Wallin has way faster feet than Ruiz and was able to close the distance, we all know that Ruiz has slow feet and he would be stuck on the outside waiting for his opportunity that never come because Fury wouldn’t let it, he would use his advantages and win every round

At this point people protect Fury in a bubble where he cant be criticised because he lied about trying to kill himself on a bridge one day, so all that stuff is forgotten.

Both AJ n Fury deserve criticsm for their choices in and out of the ring.

I don’t really care if some strangers on the internet think I’m weak for giving opinions on a boxer. It’s same accounts on here that say the same things about Joshua while praising Fury 24/7. They’re not annoying or anything though are they it’s only when people do it with Joshua right?

I’d consider it weaker to heed the advice of a stranger on the internet because you care what strangers think about you. Look if I see a take I disagree with I’m gonna give me opinion on it.

The negative AJ takes I read on here seem to roll off me a lot easier than they do some of the Fury fans.
