There is no ‘Lineal Title’, just a lineage of former champs. That’s not a ‘Title’ in the way you think it is. Besides, all Fury was is the next in line after Wlad, who restarted it after Lewis retired

Fury holds a title even more dear than any other and that is the title of The Gypsy King.

 

There are actual recognized belts. The lineal line is just that, a line. And one in which your guy sis simply the second after a broken chain. Who retired at one point BTW. But if you need to believe it’s an imaginary championship, go nuts with that.

 

It's not quite how it works though. If lineal truly means a lineage of the man who beat the man then in my humble opinion once the line is broken it ceases to exist.
