haha who gives a turd. Boxing is so corrupt the ring magazine managed to create their own belt and carve out a niche for themselves. Only thing that matters is the perception of who is the best. That was (mostly) AJ till the last weekend. Now Fury. With Wilder coming in real close.

Tom Schwarz is WBO #2? :dunno Since when? I have a sneaking feeling he was just quietly shoehorned in there while nobody was paying attention in the last couple of weeks or so..

Don't mess with Bob, he's been a boxing promoter since the mid-60s and remained relevant ever since. You don't do that by not knowing every trick in the book - and some that aren't, no doubt - or lacking the willingness to do whatever is necessary to protect his position. Dealing with some Brit marching in and declaring he was the man to rip up the US boxing business model is like swatting a fly for Bob.

I mean, don't get me wrong, he's a snake in the grass but that's why he doesn't need any snake oil imported....

Not sure if your comment is sarcastic as Fury has mentioned it quite a bit but Schwarz has been 2 for a while.

This is Ruiz meeting the Mexican president. There's a lot of money to be made from the back of Ruiz before facing Joshua again if he ever does and if he does it will be in conditions very favourable indeed to the Mexican.

Surely it's too soon to be doing this, the details on the Ruiz v Joshua rematch haven't even been announced. Not fair on Ruiz.
