AJ is going to blow his gas tank

Fury will lay it on him like nobody before

Fury won’t fight Joshua the same way he fought Wilder II because he knows it’s the best route to his own defeat!

Joshua’s not a natural 210lb one trick pony with skinny legs and no inside game he’s a natural 240lb+ with rare physical strength, good speed, power in both hands, combination puncher with a fight ending uppercut and left hook who can set traps.

Fury cannot bully and rag doll Joshua the way he did Wilder because while Tyson might be heavier, the margin between them will be less and Joshua will absolutely be the stronger of the two.

IMO this is Fury playing mind games and here’s why I think that.
Much was made pre FvWII of Tyson’s claim that he was going to go toe to toe with Wilder, no one thought he was telling the truth. Post fight more was made by analysts of the fact Fury had done exactly what he said he’d do.

I think Fury is now playing on this, he’s saying he’ll go toe to toe with Joshua and why wouldn’t we or more importantly why wouldn’t Joshua believe him, he was as good as his word when he said the same about the second Wilder fight? There is the con, there is the deception that Fury is trying to pull!

In a fight of this magnitude preparation is everything, if Fury can con Joshua into preparing for toe to toe tactics and then box on the backfoot all night then he’ll have given himself an advantage.

We saw in both of the Ruiz fights that Joshua’s preparation is hugely important to his performances.
He prepared for Jarrell Miller and was caught out by a totally different style of fighter in Ruiz.
He then prepared for a fit, dangerous fast handed counterpunching Ruiz in the 2nd fight by training to box from the outside and stay away from the counters Ruiz beat him with in the first fight. When Ruiz turned up out of shape many would have expected Joshua to switch tactics and punish Ruiz but he didn’t or couldn’t because he hadn’t prepared for that kind of fight.

Fury knows if he he can convince Joshua that he’s going to use his Wilder II tactics but actually fight the way he did when winning against Klitschko then he’ll have put Joshua at a disadvantage come fight night.

But, if Fury is so good then why does he need to play such mind games, why does he need to manufacture false advantages to win fights?

Well he ran all night and stunk the place out against the absolute worst most uninspiring version of Wlad that’s ever been seen! He flicked out enough floppy wristed jabs to get a points verdict in the worst Heavyweight Title fight in living memory!

He exposed, as if we all didn’t know already, the most overrated over protected unskilled blown up Cruiserweight come failed basketball player masquerading as a World Heavyweight Champion when fighting Wilder.

Neither had anything to do with Fury’s chin or power!

A.J is overrated as hell. This at first.

Why not? A.J does have almost 0 clinch game interest and he is WEAK if compare with Fury.
Ofc kid will get cards anyway so Fury must finish kid in distance.
Fury is not stupid and A.J marquee experience is with out of prime opponents. No one from them was such large as Fury and Fury might appear that will have both: balls and power plus willpower and weight to steamroll A.J in chinch to school.

The biggest problem for you is reality: Fury had been tested vs Wilder in 2 fights and in U.S.
Not A.J vs Wilder in U.S.

You are and also you attach labels to ppl if their posts doesn't likes you.

If Wilder tries to box Fury like he boxed Fat Andy, he will lose. Fury is too slick and smart. If he slugs, the new Fury might catch him with a big punch. Of course, Fury might get caught as well. We know he can take a punch, not sure about AJ after seeing how Fat Andy shook him up with a moderately good shot. Both guys have question marks and it’s going to be a fun one to watch. I hope the winner gives the Usyk-Joyce winner a shot and doesn’t play games.

I would be surprised if AJ wins this fight but over been surprised before. He’s a big guy and has power. People around here don’t give him any credit. I don’t think he’s an elite fighter but he’s probably the second best HW on the planet after Fury. Good fight.

Did Wilder had fight vs Ruiz Jr.?

I don't think that Wilder was so bad.
He just had need to improve and should had better level opponents.
Otherwise he looked very talented guy, just ofc there necessity to improve a lot.
