Good on him. Nothing wrong with a bit of braggadocio and confidence from the best heavyweight on the planet. I'd be worried if he was meek. As someone said he's a helluva showman too.

I have also heard Fury say that Tyson would beat him inside a round and Ali would kick his arse. It depends on his mood and how cheeky he’s feeling.

I agree that by virtue of his sheer size that he’d pose problems for a lot of past fighters. But remember he’s not infallible either and can be caught and hurt. A better finisher than Wilder (and the heavyweight division has had more than a few of those) might have closed the show in their first fight.

That said there’s nothing wrong with a fighter being confident and Fury is always respectful of the fighting men that have gone before him. He’s very interesting and easy to cheer for in my opinion. I like him a lot.

If everyone retired today I'd rate Joshua higher. He has the better résumé by far.

    not usually furry cocky..

couple weeks before he is humble man.

before he talk like this he should become undisputed heavyweight champion first.

Personally if Fury beats Joshua and Uysk I think he has a legit claim for the top 10, although we do need to wait a little while before we can get a proper reading on all of their careers and this era respectively.

Hardly the first boxer in history to claim he's the best ever....

He's a tit, but still, a 6'9 270lb awkward, durable boxer wouldn't be an easy night for anyone.

Let Fury fight a puncher in his prime with skills and stop defending against guys like Schwartz and Wallin, then he can talk without sounding like an idiot.

Fury beat a very Old Wlad Klitschko, and a very limited Deontay WIlder. His 3rd best win? Maybe Chisroa. His resume lacks depth.

To be #1, Fury must beat Josuha.

I take Fury's statements with a laugh and a mind that he has made more believable statements in the past concerning his chances against Tyson and Ali.

I'd be a bit shocked and estranged if anyone here thought Fury could beat 60s Ali. Ali would have loved him and carried him just to expose him for the Jethro-Bodean lookin' mother****er he truly is. Staggering, swole up, stopped in 12 unless Ali decides to make an example of him ala Terrell and borderline torture him for 15.

He'd make it 13 rounds with Holmes, 3 with Iron Mike, 2 with George.

He's a good fighter. I want to see him more in the style he fought in the rematch. Sitdown and punch the way they do in Detroit. He can always shift gears and move away if he is hurt or in danger.
He's keeping his name out there. He can bark a little bit but he'll be fuked with quite soon. That's the beauty of boxing.

That is true. Very likable fellow though. I hope he is able to stay clean and keep his head on. He's got a good story a good message.
He can fight a bit too.

Louis would've mauled Fury? Louis is like 205-210 lbs Fury is 260-273 lbs what are you talking about? And same for Liston, Fury has beat better opposition that Liston's opposition by a mile and Liston was a huge heavyweight for his era, but he is 215 lbs he is used to bullying and overpowering opponents, that is what his style is based on, but he can't do that to the nearly 60 lbs heavier Fury, these fights are mismatches
