He's alittle less than 18%. Probs around 16%

But still is this the shape of a future HW champ? Nahhh

He doesn't possess the skill set anyways.

    European level at best imho.

16.231% body fat judging by that picture, +/- 0.02%.

Good luck to him. He looks like he's starting to take the boxers lifestyle seriously.

Don't think he really needed to lose weight, 250ish is about right for someone his size - if he's solid and muscular. Not sure that's the physiwue there although hard to tell from that photo alone. Agree with others in saying he could probably do with a strength and conditioning coach. It's been said before about him (by an uncle i think?) that he trains hard but in the wrong ways.

I like many have slagged him off for being out of shape, but I can't fault him now, obviously he still isn't 'in shape' but he is getting there. He isn't going to get into amazing shape with only a few months training and eating well, I hope he sticks with it

Fury gets stick when he is fat and then he starts getting into shape and he still gets stick you cant expect a man of his size to have the physiuqe of a Roman Gladiator over night, he is on track and its good to see he is taking it serious, im still 50/50 on weather he will even reach European level but at least he is improving.

He looks in great shape, its always good to see a fighter (especially a heavyweight) taking their fitness seriously. Looking forward to watching him fight Maddalone on Saturday.

He may be doing the right thing here. Taking the fat off before trying to add more muscle mass. IF he can keep his strength levels close to what they were when he was carrying more fat then he has a good foundation to develop his strength and conditioning.

It's interesting seeing the changes in his physique. It will be interesting to see how his skill set improves as well.

"I wonder how he has lost all this weight..? probably down to ******ed restricted Diets. What nutritional experts with with Tyson Fury..? None.

Tyson Fury is a naturally tubby guy, he's not a lazy person. And from what i have read, has always trained hard. I honestly think this dramatic change will affect him negatively physically, i personally think he is living and training on a restricted diet....

I remember when Riddick Bowe dropped loads of weight for his rematch, with Andrew Golota. And he was physically weakened, visibly during the rematch.

Boxers seem to think very ******ed, they are very simply in the way they think about things.

Apparantly being lighter will automatically make you faster..?

Also weight loss is a indication of overall fitness..?

I cannot even be assed explaining myself.

Tyson Fury will lose as soon as he steps up in class, with this new mystical lifestyle.

So he starved himself down to 16% body fat, so what that is easy. Time for him to find a weight room and put some muscle on that twig body.

Bowe took that weight off in a ******ed way, rather than bring it down gradually he basically fasted & cut water weight.

Tyson is losing bodyfat & seems to be in better condition than ever, I think we can expect a lot improvements.

Basically we won't know whether this is good or bad until we see him in the ring. I am happy that he appears to be making an effort, but I would be disappointed if he has gone about it in the wrong way.

Tyson Fury is living on a restricted diet in my opinion, he is not David Haye who is naturally always been a athletic, fast metabolism, just the kind of guy who finds it easy to lose weight.

Tyson Fury on the other hand is a naturally tubby guy, he's not a lazy person. Tyson Fury trains hard, and i think its a very dangerous thing. When you suddenly put boxers on diets which deplete them of the calories and nutrients they need.

I honestly believe that Tyson Fury has lost this weight in a ******ed way. He looks weaker and fragile, that's a clear sign that he is under eating.

David Price would throw him about like a rag doll, if Tyson Fury carries on taking advice off his uncle..? what knowledge of nutrition and sport science does his uncle have..? nothing.

Hey guys don't eat after 8 o'clock it puts weight on you.

    ******s.
