Add 1 more year to Usyk's age and he will lose his movement. Smart move by Fury. I bet he cut himself with a blade.

Fury looked shot in his last outing. He really hasn't looked sharp in a while.

More time off from the ring is not going to help him.

He will try to come back. Maybe take an easy tuneup and then pack it in.

They should strip him, and make him Champion in Recess. Undisputed Happens, when Fury gets his knickers ready...fight Usyk or whoever has the WBC belt at the time.

He should have been stripped after he fought Ngannou and Chisora back to back rather than facing an actual contender. It’s a complete farce and there can be no defending Tyson Fury.

Yes. 100%. He's held the division hostage for years and made a mockery of the sport he claims to cherish.

Make the title vacant as a result and let a proper fighting man like Zhang step in his place to face Usyk for it.

Strip Fury on what grounds ? Crooked WBC has allowed Fury not to defend his belt since fighting Whyte his mandatory on April 23rd 2022 that’s nearly 2 years ago.Bivol on the other hand won his WBA title November 4th 2017 and has made one single mandatory defence in nearly 7 years !! WBC are so corrupt ! How many mandatory’s did Joshua fight as Unified Champ ? He fought 3 mandatory’s in over 5 years , Povetkin WBA and Pulev IBF and Usyk WBO which he threatened to vacate .

I think he was getting beaten up in sparring, so he make the cut himself to get out of the fight.

Fury is the worst disgrace in boxing.

What type of sparring partner deliberately hits you with an elbow 2 weeks out from a mega fight?

Typical Fury fanboy. Dodging all the fire, and still trying to excuse his hero.
Joshua unified the title, first against Klitschko, then against Parker.
How many unification fight Fury had?
And get your facts straight. Takam was essentially a mandatory, as Pulev pulled out of the fight. AJ was schedule to face his mandatory in Miller, who poped for PED.

So as long as the Unifications, that's essentially a 7 fights.
Klitschko, Takam(replacement for the mandatory), Parker, Povetkin, Ruiz(replacement for the PED failed mandatory Miller), Pulev, Usyk.
    So nice try.

AJ had twice as many title fights than Fury. 12 for AJ, and just 6 for Fury, and have that in mind that your hero started his career 5 years earlier than AJ.

Typical Fury sacksucker! It's not the one thing. Fury should have fought Usyk instead of Ngannou his last time out. Now if this was the rematch of that fight, then you would be spot on. Your boy is showing he is not a very good champ. Wilder level at best. Sad, considering his potential.

I wouldn't consider defending against a guy fresh off being knocked unconscious by a 41 year old a decent defense either.

I can't believe some people still support Fury because just like him they don't care about the sport, it's time they stop kissing his ass and accept the truth...

Uh, not only is Fury aging faster physically due to alcoholism, obesity, and drug use, but the last thing he needs is more scar tissue.

Yes, I get that Usyk depends more on speed and reflexes, but seriously, Fury is really starting to seem like he's got noting left.
