and it could be AJ according to WBC president Mauricio Sulaiman https://www.skysports.com/boxing/ne...ght-title-soon-and-it-could-be-anthony-joshua
zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz The name 'Tyson Fury' automatically makes me sleepy lately. When he's actually in his ring walk, call me.
60/40? 70/30? Quaaaaack, quack, quack How does it feel that your hero miniq was destroyed and booted, once again?
Not going to happen, Joshua's already said he's not interested, we know he's rebuilding and really looking at a fight with Wilder. Just because the WBC orders it doesn't mean Joshua will just change his mind and it would be likely Fury tries and enforces the normal split, can't see Joshua accepting 25%.
He was publicly offered 60:40 and a title shot. Would a non-title shot against Wilder bring him more money and a better "rebuild"? He just doesn't want to fight Fury, that's it and it isn't the first time. Why he chooses Wilder instead - he knows he can't outbox Fury, but doing so against Wilder will be easier. True, he risks being knocked out, but despite that risk, his chances against Wilder are higher than against Fury.
Unless the mandatory is someone relevant and big like Joshua or Ruiz, nobody wants to see that crap. He just beat his mandatory Whyte, the sanctioning bodies can be patient enough for him to unify with Usyk if he can manage to find the balls to do so.
Ruiz and Wilder are 1 and 2 in WBC rankings. Wilder is tried 3 times already and he failed. It will be Ruiz Jr, probably.
