    Unstoppable, ferocious, animalistic...

...words that described the last "Tyson", but it's time to move on to a better era, with a new and improved "Tyson". Manchester's finest, since Ricky Hatton.

Next stop Klitschko's? Time to bring the belts home, Fury!

I like Fury but unless he improves his shape markedly the K-Bros would dominate him in animalistic fashion.

At his age (as a pro fighter) he should be in tip-top shape with ample stamina to boot, he is not a natural athlete and I can't see him going very far. I wish him the best though he seems like a nice kid.

Before the fight i wanted him to loose, but during the fight i found myself cheering him on.

I was sceptical about him coming in at the heaviest weight ever but gave him the benefit of the doubt...... Until he gassed out after 3 rounds.

I am sorry but he does not respect the game that he is in. He has already been given a lucky break in the last fight, that alone should have told him he needs to train harder and eat properly. IMO he wont ever get to the top as he simply does not have the skill and the mind of a champion. I feel he got a little lucky again tonight. If John could have kept on the gas we would have seen a repeat of the last fight. And lets not forget that Mcderm is not exactly a top fighter (no offense). i dont care if Fury is only young, He should be taking care of guys like that easy if he wants to go where he wants to go.

So i went from hating him to liking him hating him..... Until his after fight interview when he gained my respect again. I loved the passion he showed and i really hope he can use this win to start training properly and get a trainer that works for him.

Tyson, you have my respect for now but please get in shape!

Only potential world champions stop John McDermott. Matt Skelton did it (and we all know he was robbed against Chagaev when he got his chance at a 'world' title), and now Tyson Fury. Fury is already a top 30 heavyweight and he is going to improve by at least x10 in the next couple of years, so the division better watch out.

Finally a fighter who can carry the 'Tyson' moniker :happy

SNV is the GOAT no one will ever compare to him. It is geat for Furt to be dubbed as the next. Not sure he could ever live up to be SNV. Still 10% of SNVs skill set would see him top of the world.

I think it is still WAY TOO EARLY to tell, or adequately gauge him.....

Deontay Wilder will stomp this guy out if they meet down the road. It would be a massacre.

Fury is nothing like Arreola. There styles are nothing alike. If you are saying that fury was out of shape like Arreola always is, this is also a bad comparison. Fury didn't look flabby and he gassed, Arreola is super fat and never tires. not the same. the only thing that similar is that neither will ever win a belt or be a factor at the top of the hw division.

That glass chinned joke wouldn't last 2 rounds with Fury :deal

Who the hell has Wilder faced? Bums, that's who. Wanna know why? Because they are building him a nice padded record, making him out to be the next 'American Heavyweight Superstar' then they will feed him to the highest bidder. He will make a bundle from the fight then **** off home, whilst Fury reigns supreme over the Heavyweight division.
