I dont think that is possible and you forget the time. Now the sport is a lot more tactical. You cant compare time to time. If Fury was back there, no one knows how he would fight.

Fury has improved a lot over the years.
But I just don't see the strength and power that Wlad has and Lewis had. He hasn't shown a killer punch.

Also, he hasn't yet fought any decent fighter who can punch.

Some people criticize Lewis's chin sometimes, but he was facing guys like Gary Mason, Mike Weaver, Razor Ruddock and beating them.

26yo wlad knocks 26yo Fury 8 times out of 10 and UD's him twice . Fury is featherfisted and 26 yo wlad was much faster than he's now

I think his reign will be short lived due to his combustible personality.

He beats all the HW's for me right now, Wald will probably knock him out though due to his lack of commitment.
Like, Wlad working that "gut" with some left hooks.

He's the only realistic guy out there who stands a chance vs Wlad for me.
Rough-house tactics, if he does what Pulev managed to do for example, I think Wald would be in deep ****.

Indeed. He has a glass chin, and no power to speak of. Not a great combination in the heavyweight division.

Fury is legit , he can be among the best heavyweights we've seen if he applies himself and dedicates to the sport 100%

    No, I never said that.

I still don't know what Steward saw in him that that most other boxers lack except for height. Even that he switched to southpaw didn't really me. I mean, was he still able to throw a proper cross? No, but then again he can't throw a decent right cross either. He just switched to have a harder jab because with his normal one he can't even kill a fly.

Why? Did you even read my first post? I was just asking for knowledgeble people to clue me in what Steward saw in Fury. There must be something I simply cannot see...

I love Emmanuel (rip) but he had a habit of randomly hyping the hell out of obscure fighters.

The same Adamek that was ko'd by Vitali's jab ate all of Steves punches as a cw and walked Steve down all night. Steve hit Adamek with everything he had and Adamek didn't even flinch, yet Steve was able to drop fury early lol

True but keep it in perspective

Huck, Pov, and USS are all around the same size, and I'm not just talking about winning, but durability.

USS didn't knock Huck out, he was simply too tired to continue, and it's not like Huck badly hurt Povetkin, and when he did it was because he hit him in the back of the head nonstop

Either way u slice it, USS isn't a strong puncher, yet he floored a much bigger man in Fury

Maybe Peter Fury is the next Steward.
