So Rahman did not want the rubber match?

Did he tell you personally? Where is your proof?

Same as your take on Lewis v mercer result in which you stated that most people thought mercer lost, you could be correct but you show no proof.

A total pass if ever I have seen one.

Fury is the greatest British heavyweight of all time, bow down to him.

You brought up a ludicrous hypothetical rubber match and said i gave Lewis a "pass" for not having one and i asked you first so the burden of proof is on you.

Oh and i told you to look up fan score cards that favor Lewis in the majority so that was your proof but since you're too hardheaded ill have to show you myself

The proof is not on me as it is my opinion, more interesting is do you actually work because you seem to be on here 24/7, do you get a government pass for not working too?

Not that Fan scorecards is the holy grail of scoring, however what I saw was a very mixed bag in a very good competitive fight in which a rematch was more warranted than that of Fury (peace be upon him) and Wlad.

Mercer screamed for a rematch Lewis went on to avoid it, a bit like how he avoided the Vitali rematch.

Markus is right, you're very thick headed. To accuse Lewis of ducking would imply that Rahman either demanded a rematch or that they had a contract for a third fight and Lewis refused to fight again. You haven't provided proof for either of these things. Therefore, you're talking out of your ass and derailing the thread for nothing.

I simply asked why a third fight did not take place especially after each had been KTFO, it was a clear 1-1, both fighters got humiliated in their losing fights, the only difference is Lewis gets away with fanatics lauding lies like “fat Lewis”, “out of shape Lewis”, “lucky punch” ( a Lewis fanatic favourite.

A lot of Lewis fans love the contradictions when it favours him, I’m just hoping people acknowledge that and so far Fury hasn’t been KTFO off a fighter like Rahman.

Feel sorry for the folks who are trying to glean real info from a media snippet of a traveling man. Fury has said contradictory things like this for a decade now, where have you been? He doesn't even know what he's going to say until it's out. Just pay attention to what he does in the ring.

But you're the one accusing Lewis of ducking lmao. What pass it there to give Lewis ? He got knocked out so he came in the rematch far more prepared and he knocked out Rahman. Rahman vs Lewis 3 was under no obligation to happen and at the very least Rahman didn't even want those hands again so saying Lewis should have given him a 3rd fight is stupid. Lewis beat Mercer and since there was no rematch clause there was no obligation for it to happen. It was a very close fight but i scored it for Lewis

Also it doesn't matter if the first fight was competitive or not, Wlad activated his rematch clause and wanted to fight Fury again. But Fury didn't give it to him and vacated the belts for "depression" LOL. Lets be honest here. You're biased

Says the “fan” with Lennox Lewis as their avatar.

Im not biased at all I’m actually a Wlad fan as @dinovelvet an avid Wlad hater can attest to.

And again you are at it and I quote

“at the very least Rahman didn't even want those hands again so saying Lewis should have given him a 3rd fight is stupid”

    That is bias.

Did Rahman insist on a third? Maybe you should be clear with that before suggesting others provide proof of something.

I think you missed this part "it wasn't in the contract." So yeah no obligation to happen

Since there was no title on the line, why a rematch? Just because it was close? Mercer had his chance and lost. Not ever fight needs a rematch.

Bring it up Lewis won ive never disputed anything different but I find it ironic that he avoided rematching two guys who gave him his two hardest fights, especially when he tried to make Tyson rematch him after he beat him.

Rematch weak opposition but dodge rematching your hardest opponents, but if a contradiction wouldn’t one say?

It was a great fight, one of Lennox Lewis most entertaining fights, a fight in which he was out jabbed, backed up, out punched and had to dig deep, a character showing performance.

The fact Lewis when champion never gave Mercer his chance again I think shows a side that maybe Lewis never wanted to go to that dark place again, as in his refusal to grant Vitali a rematch, a rematch he promised.
