Eddie has said the deal isn't dead yet and the talks went well today. He also says he's not aware of any deadlines between broadcasters and lawyers. Still working hard too get it done.

    Have faith lads and lassies

    Someone has an agenda...

How about the two times this fights supposed to be made, yet Tyson and Co. had a bout with Wilder already nailed on but kept going on about this ruck, and now. Tyson has kept shifting the goalposts this time too with his ridiculous deadlines. What was the point in him sending his promoter to do his bidding for him today and setting a 5pm deadline yet he knows it cannot get done this quickly?? Come on, Tysons ballsed this one up AGAIN and he's going to fight Charr, as I predicted.

Tyson does not want this fight.

    Nonsense.

The format of a contract is far more likely to do with how the split is arranged. Frank was talking on Sat night about Joshua getting "a split of everything" but seemed pretty vague about how it might be done. It could well be that Queensberry has said "60-40 after all reasonable expenses" without defining what they are; as opposed to full accounting and then split agreed at the end. Could be anything, but it certainly won't be a bloody font FFS :D

When I read comments like this I really do wonder if people understand what they are talking about. UFC has a monopoly over MMA with all the best fighters represented by one promoter. It not difficult to make the best fights when you have total control. If Pride FC was still in existence the same problem you see in boxing would be in MMA and most of the top MMA fighters wouldn't even be signed to UFC.

Boxing is not a combat sports organisation like UFC. The nearest thing you have to it is PBC. If Eddie Hearn managed take over the sport and sign up every fighter fans would be outraged and so would fighters. Boxers need the freedom to leave promoters they are not happy with. Plenty of UFC fighters wish there was other options outside of the UFC as at the moment Dana White can treat fighters like rubbish.

With Multiple boxing promoters, broadcasters all signing there own fighters how does anyone really expect for the best to face the best so easily. You simply cannot compare the negotiations UFC has to do with negotiations boxing promoters and broadcasters have to do.

Gone are the days when fighters just simply got on with it and fought.
Everybody wants paying these days and fights don't happen because of it, everybody has got their hand out...

But that's my whole point, boxing ties itself up in knots with different organisations,tv deals and what not,in the ufc the best fight the best, there ranked with one organisation,in boxing how many governing bodies are there?

But like I said UFC were fortunate that the number 1 promotion at the time with the best fighters which was pride FC crumbled and died after the Yakuza story went public. Since then the UFC have went and purchased other organisations similar to what Vince McMahon did with the WWF and they now have a monopoly over the sport. You say it's a good thing but the actual fighters would disagree with you as they have little bargaining power when negotiating with the UFC.

Do you really want to see one single boxing promoter have total control. That's terrible for the fighters. More promoters with more broadcasters is healthy for the sport.

No chance. It’s Charr. Fury has had some weird fascination with him for a while now.

This fight will happen when they both pushing 40.

Wow Warren hanged Fury out to dry stating the promoters and broadcasters all had positive talks today ( well reported BT and DAZN reps were meeting today not just promoters). However Fury has "lost patience" and decided against it.

Never really wanted it.....Fury vs Charr everyone.
